As well as basic details about the room, you can also include a photo to help users identify with the various rooms.
Extend the basic room information by adding your own fields, which can be used to display information such as number of computers and additional equipment.
Select which weeks of the academic year each timetable week falls on, allowing you to set up the school the way you operate.
If you want to prevent bookings for certain days or stretches of time, just add a holiday.
Administrator users have the ability to bulk-create recurring bookings, such as those fixed lessons in the timetable.
Teacher users can see all other bookings, and make their own in the available slots.
Users can view their upcoming bookings and a summary of their previous ones.
